When do you think would be a good time to recruit new mods?

Every now and then I will have slots open for people who would like to become a Mod. These people should be active and kind to all other members. These people should also note that certain responsibilites are left with them. Moderating the forum can be a big deal.

Reason: Your willing to watch over the forum and the WQ topic. You watch for any errors as if you already were a mod and you kindly tell the poster that it is in the wrong place, wrong subject, double posting and so on. As shown recently, not being a mod means you must PM me to moderate for you. Now, you can do it yourself
